Here at Camp D Adventures we use adventure-based whole brain experiential learning to change lives. Challenging participants to use their mental, emotional, and physical resources simultaneously encourages mastery in all three domains. Camp D expeditions in education are reported to increase focus, attentiveness, cooperation, coordination, posture, balance, vocabulary, writing, and drawing skills. Increasing these skills may result in an improved self-concept. Improved self-concept can impact behavior and school achievement.
